Fire in the open - Westwick - South Cambs

At 8.08am on Saturday (16) a crew from Cambridge along with the south roaming fire engine were called to a fire in the open on Oakington Road in Westwick. 

Firefighters used a hose reel and drags to extinguish a fire involving wood and refuse. 

The crews returned to their stations by 10.40am. 

The cause of the fire was accidental.
